Rise and Shine Flow
They say the greatest of the greats rise before the sun does. This early morning flow practice prepares your day for greatness by clearing the mind, stretching the body and toning the muscles. Flow through intermediate postures with the synergy of your breath in order to balance the body’s natural rhythm. This is an intermediate class but beginners are welcome to attend and sit out any poses that don’t suit their practice.
Yang Yin Yoga
Yang Yin Yoga fuses the electricity of flow yoga and the stillness of yin yoga in order to create perfect harmony. In this practice expect to flow vigorously through postures in the first half of class for heat and fluidity in the body, then melt to stillness with restorative stretches. The strenuous flow will warm the connective tissue, muscles, and joints in order to prepare them for long restorative stretches during the yin portion of practice. This is an intermediate class but beginners are welcome to attend and sit out any poses that don’t suit their practice.
Karma Warm Flow
In this warm vinyasa flow class we turn the heat down to 32-34 degrees, flow with breath awareness and create strength and vitality. We know that not all yogi’s love the hot-hot-heat, so we’ve designed a flow practice just for you! This warm vinyasa flow is perfect for building strength, playing with more challenging postures, and toning the muscles. This is an intermediate class suitable for individuals 14 years and up but beginners are welcome to attend and sit out any poses that don’t suit their practice.
Karma Hot Flow
This classic hot vinyasa flow class was designed to strengthen the body and spirit, tone and lengthen muscles, and detoxify the body. You will use the rhythm of your breath to guide movement, build proper body alignment, and clear your mind. This class is open to all levels.
Power Flow Yoga
This challenging and dynamic hot flow class links breath with movement. Students can expect very cardiovascular and strength building poses linked with mindful breath, in order to inspire and create change in the body and spirit. Strengthening yoga sequence that builds students up to intermediate and advanced posturing. Recommended for those with an intermediate yoga foundation.
This beginner class focuses on alignment, slow structured movement and breath awareness. Students should expect a similar sequence from class to class that helps to strengthen the spine and core, detoxify the body, and heal injuries. This is a beginner class open to all levels.
Warm Yin Yoga
This slow, deep practice is similar to an internal massage. Perfect for those with any physical limitations, injuries, or students looking to compliment a regular vigorous practice. Yin yoga leaves the body and soul euphoric by melting connective tissues and joints, detoxifying internal organs, and transporting the mind to a deep low brain state. This class is suitable for all levels.
This is a beginner level class that raises funds for local charities. 100% of funds raised go to local charities (it’s our karma). These classes generally fill, so be sure to save 15 minutes prior to arriving to sign in.

Kids Yoga Kamps (Aged 3-8)
Heat: Not heated.
This musical and interactive Kids Yoga Class is an exciting way to introduce yoga to your little one. Kids will play yoga games, sing songs and be led through the poses in an interactive, story-told manner. Our Kids Yoga Master, Paolo Rigoni cannot wait to see your little yogi in the studio soon!
